Personal location reports
We - Bouwe
& Tessa - visit various naturist destinations to capture them in a truly
personal way: stories full of atmosphere, photos and a realistic impression of
what it’s really like to stay there.
Over the
past few months, we have visited several nude locations in Southern France,
Belgium, the Netherlands and Spain. Later this year, we’ll head further around
the world. This way, you don’t just discover what’s there; you experience how
it feels to be there.
On this
page, you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions: How do we select
locations? What makes our location reports different from reviews? And how can
you feature your location?
Our mission
is simple: to provide an honest, inspiring and complete picture of naturist
campsites, B&Bs, resorts, and holiday homes, so you can find a place that
truly suits you.
We are Bouwe and Tessa. From 2015 to 2023, we ran a naturist B&B in central France called Moulin de Chez Joyeux. We have since sold the property and now dedicate all our time and energy to our websites: Naaktrecreatie.com (an accessible site with tips for beginners and useful info for seasoned naturists, only in Dutch for now) and Nude-Places.com (a platform listing naturist locations worldwide, with the most advanced search engine available online).
Since the summer of 2025, we’ve been highlighting naturist locations around the world in an honest and personal way. We also appeared on the Dutch TV show Ik Vertrek, which many people still recognize us from.
Our feature articles are not quick ratings, but personal and involved stories. We take our time to truly get to know a location. During our stay, we immerse ourselves in the atmosphere, talk to the owners, and - if possible - to guests and/or staff.
The result is a story that goes far beyond a simple list of pros and cons. We write with an eye for detail you won’t find in typical reviews: how does the place feel when you arrive? What’s the atmosphere like around the pool or during shared meals? How do people connect with each other?
We create all of our visual content ourselves: photos of the grounds, surroundings, and sometimes short video clips. Everything is done with respect for privacy and in consultation with the owners.
Our goal is to give an honest, warm, and inviting impression of the location, so that potential guests can really picture what it’s like to be there. We aim not only to inform but to inspire.
Nude on the spot is for everyone interested in naturist destinations. Whether you’ve been enjoying naturism for years or are still wondering if it’s right for you, our feature articles help you get a feel for the experience.
We focus on both seasoned naturists and beginners looking for honest, accessible, and reliable information. We show you what to expect, the atmosphere, and what makes each place special. Thanks to our personal approach, our stories are both relatable and easy to engage with, especially for those curious about holidays without swimwear.
Our in-depth-articles reach everyone who visits our websites, our 45,000+ social media followers, and readers of our digital magazine. This ensures a wide, interested, and engaged audience.
We’re thrilled with the many enthusiastic responses! Owners appreciate the warm, honest, and personal way we portray their location. Visitors to our websites and our 45,000+ social media followers also respond positively. They find our feature articles inspiring, informative, and approachable.
It’s encouraging to see that our approach is being well received and helps increase awareness and appreciation for naturist destinations.

Report at an attractive rate
Producing a report usually takes about a week of work, alongside our investment in professional equipment. Travel costs are also part of the total picture. Still, we deliberately keep our rates low and attractive, depending on the size of the report.

Each feature article includes:
No judgement, just an honest representation of what makes your location special.
Creating an online report takes time and care. We usually publish the final version within three weeks after our visit. Before publishing, we inform the owners and anyone who participated in interviews.
Our feature articles remain online permanently. We make sure they’re easy to find, offering current and complete information year-round. Whether someone is exploring naturism for the first time or coming back for details, they’ll always have a reliable and inspiring resource.
Once an online report goes live, we actively promote it through our channels. Of course, the active promotion doesn’t continue indefinitely. If you’d like your location to be regularly featured, we recommend a Pro Package. That allows you to submit your own blogs, last-minute offers, and job postings.
In June and July, we visited four campsites and three gîtes in southern France. At the end of August, we traveled to Belgium and the Netherlands for several new reports.
The first nine reports are now online; you can view them via the links below:
Thanks to our background in hospitality and our experience with marketing and web design, we sometimes notice things that could be improved. Don’t worry, we only share such tips if requested, and always discreetly. We never mention them in our articles, which focus solely on the positive aspects and what makes your location unique.
Our goal is to make the articles shareable with a broad audience. Social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram have strict (and prudish!) policies about nudity. That’s why we generally ask interview participants to be dressed or wear a sarong. If something is accidentally visible, we can blur or cut it out.
In the general video overviews, we leave it up to you whether you appear clothed or nude.
We ask that you inform guests in advance about our visit. Guests are only filmed if they give their consent. They can choose to stay out of the picture or take part in a short interview. If someone appears in footage unintentionally, we will blur them to protect their privacy.
Yes, we do. We can use our drone for a modest fee. The cost depends on what you’d like:
