Campsite in the Dordogne
If you’re looking for peace, space, and a warm atmosphere, you’ll find it in the southern Dordogne at Le Coteau de l’Herm. This naturist campground is situated on a gently sloping hillside near the village of Rouffignac-Saint-Cernin-de-Reilhac and offers not only beautiful views over the valley but also a true sense of freedom and simplicity.
Le Coteau
de l’Herm: naturist tranquility in the heart of the Dordogne
Since 2018, Le Coteau de l’Herm has been lovingly managed by Aschwin and Manja,
who exchanged their life in the Netherlands for this green paradise in the
Périgord Noir. Their approach is personal and genuine. Rather than making large-scale
changes, they chose a gradual, careful development with a focus on the
atmosphere, guest comfort, and the character of the place.
The pride
of the grounds is the Zodiac swimming pool, with views over the hills. It’s a
perfect spot to cool off or simply relax.
Le Coteau
de l’Herm is not a busy tourist destination but a place where you feel welcome,
have plenty of space, and where connections happen naturally, only if you want
them to.
“This estate was once part of the neighboring Château de l'Herm. Since the land has never been farmed
or fertilized, the biodiversity here is truly remarkable.”
