Dobrodosli, welcome to Croatia!
We, Jacqueline and Jos, fell in love with this beautiful country in 2012 and bought a house here in 2015. We renovated it into a luxurious Wellness villa and recently built, almost entirely by ourselves, a number of luxury apartments next to it.
We wanted a fitting name for our Croatian dream and decided to name the house after our daughters, Britt and Isa.
This is how we became the proud owners of Wellness Villa Brisa & Brisa Apartments.

Croatia has a long history with naturism.
In 1934, the first naturist beach was opened on the island of Rab.
After more than 90 years, nude recreation has become an integral part of modern tourism in Croatia.
Just a short distance from Villa Brisa and Brisa Apartments, the artistic town of Labin is definitely worth a visit. The picturesque and historically rich Labin is located on a hill in Istria.
A few minutes' drive from Labin, you’ll find Rabac.
This lovely resort town on the east coast of Istria is known for its beautiful beaches, crystal-clear sea, and again, stunning nature.
At the end of Rabac, there is a 1500-meter-long naturist beach, with rocks and several small pebble coves. It’s a popular spot, located across from the island of Cres.
Rabac has a small town center with cozy restaurants, bars, and shops.
The walk from Rabac to Labin is highly recommended for nature lovers.
Wellness Villa Brisa is a spacious house with, among other things, a sauna, outdoor pool, and a hot tub, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains and a stunning sunset. The house is tastefully and thoughtfully furnished, equipped with all comforts.
The well-equipped outdoor kitchen is a great place to enjoy a hearty meal or breakfast while overlooking your private pool.
The new Brisa Apartments are stylishly furnished. Comfortable, each with spacious bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped bathroom, and beautiful covered terraces with a lounge area.
After a swim in the pool, you can relax on the sun terrace and enjoy the mountain views.
